• 6 colour Rotogravure Printing Machine 20” Capacity along with split unit to run the machine as 4 colour + 2 colour as split unit along with Web Aligner, Auto Tension Controller, flameproof motors with shock less static eliminator for each unit. Also capable of reverse printing.
• Slitting Rewinding Machine 1000mm Capacity along with Auto Tension controller, 10 set of cutters with flameproof motors
• Doctoring / Inspection Cum Rewinding Machine 300mm Capacity along with Auto inline inspection area with stroboscope
• Proposed Auto Camera detection system to supply defect free material which shall be implemented shortly.

We also have Technical Lab consists of all latest generation testing equipment’s with team of professionals for our Quality control department Co2 firefighting system is installed on printing machines and also in ink room with portable units to take care of any fire hazards.Multiple close circuit TV cameras are installed in the entire factory for constant surveillance. Our experienced and qualified team handles entire factory operation very carefully to maintain and assure quality for our esteemed customers. Installed capacity approx. 50,000 kgs per month.
